Who qualifies in Lehigh Valley

  • Terminated or laid off, or received notice of termination, from a Lehigh Valley employer
  • Eligible for or exhausted Unemployment Compensation, or self-employed and unemployed due to economic conditions
  • Also covers displaced homemakers and military spouses who lost employment due to a permanent relocation
  • No income test — dislocation status is the qualifying factor
