Who qualifies in Lehigh Valley
- Currently employed at a participating Lehigh Valley warehouse or distribution employer
- Typically 6 months of tenure, per employer policy
- Incumbent-worker funding does not require WIOA income eligibility
- Workers laid off mid-program are transitioned to the Dislocated Worker track without losing progress
