WIOA Title I Adult Training (ITA)
Individual Training Accounts that pay for approved occupational training on the Lehigh Valley eligible training provider list, for adults who need a credential to reach family-sustaining wages.

Who qualifies in Lehigh Valley
- Age 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Lehigh County resident (Northampton County residents are served by the same PA CareerLink Lehigh Valley region)
- Selective Service registration required where applicable
- Priority of service: veterans and eligible spouses, low-income adults, public assistance recipients, and basic-skills-deficient adults
- Training must lead to an in-demand Lehigh Valley occupation on the approved provider list
