Stories, launches, and the petition for local sponsorship

Dear Mayor and City Council,

I am writing as a resident of our region to ask that our region help fund Careerpath365 — an AI-powered adult career counseling portal — so it stays available to residents.

Careerpath365 is available to residents today at no charge, and it is currently paid for privately by its founder. Without public or philanthropic support, that cannot continue indefinitely. I am asking our region to sponsor the portal so working adults here never have to pay for career help.

Working adults in our region often have difficulty accessing career guidance around their work and family schedules. Careerpath365 gives every resident a 24/7 AI counselor, a personalized career pathway plan, a directory of locally funded training programs, resume and interview coaching, and an application tracker — all localized to our city employers, programs, and funding sources.

For Mayor and City Council, the platform provides caseload dashboards for case managers, an employer job-posting portal, and executive reporting on resident outcomes — with no change to existing workforce systems. Workforce, ARPA, and philanthropic funds are all eligible sources.
