About us

Built by someone who asked why career help was so hard to find.

Careerpath365 exists for one reason: every resident deserves a real path to a good-paying job — and the guidance to walk it. This is the story of the founder behind that mission.

A note from our founder

"I ran for office to fight for jobs. Now I'm taking that fight nationwide."

I've spent more than twenty years building technology for some of the biggest names in healthcare, retail, finance, and government. But the work that stayed with me was a digital overhaul for the City of Boston's Workforce Department. I saw, up close, how hard it is for an ordinary resident to get from "I need a better job" to actually landing one.

That's why, in 2017, I ran for Lehigh County Commissioner. My platform was simple: job creation and good-paying jobs for all residents. It was a very close race — and whether the count went my way or not, one thing never changed: a community rises when every person in it can find real work that pays a real wage.

Careerpath365 is me taking that challenge across the country. Instead of waiting on one election in one city, we're giving every resident — in every region — an AI career counselor, a personalized pathway, funded training options, and local employers hiring today. The mission is the same one I campaigned on. The reach is just bigger.

20+ years leading technology

CEO of Plumlogix, where Shoaib has partnered with leading CIOs and CTOs to deliver transformative, multi-million-dollar digital projects — for organizations including Barnes & Noble, Tenet Healthcare, and Bloomberg.

Workforce systems, firsthand

He led a digital overhaul for the City of Boston's Workforce Department — the same kind of system residents rely on when they need help most. He has seen where it works and where people fall through the cracks.

Service beyond the boardroom

Founder of PlumlogixU.org, championing global digital proficiency; board member of the OPEN DC chapter from 2021 to 2025, fostering entrepreneurship and government-contracting training; and a collaborator with policymakers on a student federal voucher program for the Lehigh County area.

Ran for office — for jobs

In 2017, Shoaib ran for Lehigh County Commissioner in Pennsylvania — a very close race. His one central promise: job creation and good-paying jobs for all residents. That vision never left him — and it's the reason Careerpath365 exists.
